Dr. Pooja R. Chopra is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine and a California Qualified Medical Evaluator. Her work spans interventional pain care, rehabilitation, and medical-legal evaluation, with a focus on how injury and illness affect function over time.
Dr. Chopra provides life care planning, independent medical examinations, medical record review, and expert witness services. Her clinical background informs her assessment of treatment needs, functional limitations, and the medical basis for future care recommendations.
